This is truly where the small producers could actually make a difference. A 1.5 year aged rum with lots more flavor and complexity than an 8 year. What would a rum made with some Belgian ale yeast strain be like?

Yeah, just their rye comes from MGP, though I thought that 4 roses did their bourbon.

Out of the ones recommended, only Del Maguey Vida is available in my part of Ohio for $35.
