More competitive? With what? All that foreign made bourbon? Spare me. And of course they hide behind the BS that the bill will help the small and craft distillers. Hint: they could have easily limited the bill to those craft sources.
Needless to say, I'm SURE we won't see this tremendous savings in the prices, si?
