Welcome Dori!

Sue Sea and I are pleased to welcome Dori Bryant of the Polished Palate (link) to the Rum Project Forum. For those who may not know, Dori and/or The Polished Palate hold some of the truly great spirits events in the United States.

And now that we are in a recession, we need these events more than ever, lol.

This, of course, is an honor and we may break the seal on Richard Seale's magnificent Ten Year to mark the occasion. The Polished Palate has been linked and recommended both here and at the links section of the main site and for good reason.

The next big event is her International Rum Fest, March 26 - 28th in lovely Tampa, Florida.
