I would go for the Foursquare cask strength 16 year old bottling if you can find it. Check out this raving review:

Seems like the 60% cask strength is only available in Denmark but they have a 45% available around some parts of Europe.

80 dollars seems a little high for a 16 year bottle but Its one of the oldest four square rums that I know of and even at 45% higher than everything they put out. St. Nicholas Abbey is a 15 year and costs more than twice as much. I would surely buy one if it was available state side. Caroni has many offerings in this price range and age.
There was a French website which reviewed many of the rums in the range and actually gave the 5 year Navy style Jamaican the highest mark.
