I remember being some what impressed by the new bottles of this brand released in the last few years. It replaced the age statement with "slow aged". To those of us we took this in stride assuming the product was aged properly. I bought a 18 bottle for 50 something dollars and probably overpaid much for what was in it.
I noticed recently that the brand has created all new labels per the TTB website that keeps everything the same and removed the "slow aged" from the bottles.
