There's two things you need to know about Traveler's rums...


One: as per their email response all their products are made using continuous stills.

1 Barrel: All our spirits start out from distillation in column stills.


Two: per various interviews and publications it is clear that at least the "1 Barrel" is made with a variety of flavorings and spices. The 3 and 5 Barrel are simply aged versions of the basic altered product.

What's funny is that the 1 Barrel has been entered, and awarded - twice - by the Preacher in the "Aged Rum" category (rather than as the flavored/spiced rum that it is, and that they admit).

That's rogue rum for ya...
