Jamaica Rum history

The second standard reference style: aromatic, robust and full flavored - it's absolutely dunderful. To our ships at sea! May they sink very slowly!

Cocktail Wonk just concluded a multi-distillery tour of Jamaica (along with Martin Cate, Camper English, Wayne Curtis, and others), and is the ONLY one of them to have seriously documented it online. He goes deep into Jamaican rum history, lore, and facts on the ground (for example, Hampden is the only distillery using muck pits).
