Neptune Cigars: Fort Lauderdale

The Rum Project is non-commercial and proudly so. Still occasions arise when a commercial plug is in order. But unlike the other rum bozos, my plugs will be (a) few and (b) deserved and (c) made crystal clear. Live with it.

Neptune Cigars: Fort Lauderdale

Post by Capn Jimbo »

An amazing tobacco emporium and lounge...

Sue Sea and I decided to stop by one of our favorite seafood joints in Hollywood (Florida) and on the way back spotted a new (to us) cigar store. Unlike most of the small shops that sell cigars out of a walk-in humidor, Neptune was like the Total Wine of tobacco. The whole large store is one big humidor and the merchandise is kept well humidified. The selection is simply hard to believe.

Pass through a large glass door to an attached equally large space that is devoted to e-smokes, accessories, humidors, pipes and pipe tobacco and hookahs by Mya.

Pass through another set of double-doors to an equally large, dark plush lounge (BYOB) where you can relax, socialize with your friends, and smoke.

Really quite amazing...

...and worth a look see, at:

We left with an Arturo Fuente, camaroon wrapper, Hemingway Best Seller (next size larger from our usual Short Story), at $6.60 (a good price).
