Not so much of a review as a sugar measurement. Done at 23.9C. Correction against reference rum (Seale 12 year) is to add 0.6%.

Believe this one comes out as 39.9% alcohol (compared to the 40% on label).

Rum is quite good -- don't like it as much as Seale's 12 year, but crisp and clean Barbados-style (none of of the funk you can get from pot stills).
